A special thank you to the Four Peaks Rotary Club for distributing dictionaries for all of our third grade students.
Scottsdale Unified School District parents are encouraged to provide input about our schools in the online Annual Parent Survey. The electronic survey will be available beginning Friday, January 20 through February 10. Parents are invited to complete the survey once for each student enrolled. Parents who do not have Internet access may use the school’s computer lab. Access the survey from the District Web site or your child’s school Web site beginning January 20. Your responses will help us make SUSD even better!
Congratulations to Mariah Thomas for representing Sequoya Elementary in the district spelling bee. She made it to fourth place and will advance to regionals.
The Sequoya Talent Show is scheduled for February 17, 2012. All proceeds for admission will benefit the Purple Society (details to follow). Concession proceeds will benefit Student Council. If you can donate water for the night of the talent show, our Student Council members greatly appreciate it!
